Eligibility:
- Open to all Nepali citizens, especially targeting youth and young adults
- Participants can enter individually or as a team
Theme:
- The video can focus on the dangers of tobacco use, ways to quit, or the benefits of a tobacco-free life, passive smokings etc
Video Specifications:
- Duration: 1 to 2 minutes
- Language: Nepali or English
- Format: MP4 or MOV
- Original content only (no copyrighted material)
- Video size: no more than 25 MB
Submission Guidelines:
- Submit your video using the provided upload link in this form
- Include a brief description of your video and your inspiration behind it
- Deadline for submissions: Aug 7, 2024
