Swisscontact, registered as an International Non-Governmental Organization has been operating in Nepal since 1991. Currently, Swisscontact Nepal has six development programmes across all seven provinces, with a well-functioning country office that employs over 90 staff members.Swisscontact invites applications from committed and experienced Nepali citizens for the following position for the second phase of the Nepal Vocational Qualifications System Project (NVQS-P). 

The NVQS-P is a bilateral initiative between the Government of Nepal and the Government of Switzerland. It supports the implementation of the National Vocational Qualifications System (NVQS) which will enable Nepali youth to increase their employability and gain socio-economic benefits. The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) implements the NVQS-P on behalf of the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology (MoEST) at the federal level and by the Ministries of Social Development/Education in the provinces.  The project is funded by the Swiss Agency for Development Cooperation, SDC.  Swisscontact provides Technical Assistance to the project on behalf of SDC.

Position: Process Manager (01 – Bhaktapur Based) 

Required Education, Experience and Skills for Process Manager | Swisscontact | ingo jobs 2022:

• Master’s or higher degree in a relevant field (education, management, engineering, business studies, development studies).
• Minimum of five years of experience in the relevant fields (development sector, TVET sector, planning and development of training and learning materials).
• Knowledge of vocational qualifications systems and experience in quality management systems.
• Advanced communication skills in both English and Nepali languages (verbal and written).
