Program Manager AYON ngo jobs Association of Youth Organizations Nepal (AYON) is an award winning national umbrella network of youth-led organizations, which acts as a platform for collaboration, cooperation, joint action and collective endeavors between youth organizations in Nepal. AYON currently has 92 youth led member organizations from seven provinces of Nepal. Working since 2005, AYON has pioneered in building capacity of youth and youth organizations, undertaking quality research, and carrying out meaningful advocacy to bridge youth voices at the decision making level. Our work and impact over the years has been recognized nationally and internationally. This has been possible through the team of awesome young people we work with. We are looking to expand our team and work together to make meaningful impact in the lives of young people and other communities that we work with.

This position is for 1 year, with the possibility of extension depending on funding availability and performance.
1. Program Manager: Oversee overall management of programs and administration, develop concept notes and project proposals, monitoring and report writing. Must have knowledge and experience of project management and financial compliances Ability to lead staffs and large number of volunteers. Program Manager must also have extensive knowledge and understanding of Human Rights and socio-political context, socio-economic Context, Good Governance, and youth movement in Nepal.

Qualification: Minimum 3years’ experience with Bachelors or Masters with 1years’ experience in the relevant post at similar level. (Nepali writing skill will be highly preferred)
