Job Description of Psychosocial Counsellor | Sunita Foundation | ngo jobs 2022
She should be able to give training and psychosocial counseling to the trafficking survivors and high risk of trafficking. Sound Knowledge of case management and prepare the details of case management of the trafficking survivors. Capacity to co-ordinates, networks and consult with the local level stake holders and local level government. Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and established harmonious and effective working relationships both within and outside the organization. Report writing, data collection, documentation skills, communication, co-ordination and networking.

Requirements , Experience , Knowledge
– A bachelor degree in psychosocial counseling , Psychology or higher diploma in counseling with a minimum of 3 years of working experience.
– Good knowledge and understanding of Nepal’s national policy and guidelines on trafficking survivors.
– Fluent in English and Nepali languages (speaking and writing).
– Basic computer skills such as word and excel
– Report writing skills
– Good organizational , interpersonal and management skills
– Good documentation and communication skill
– Flexible and committed to team work
