Social Mobilizer (SM) | Caritas Nepal | ngo jobs : Caritas Nepal, a leading national NGO, invites applications from qualified Nepali citizens for Caritas Nepal Kavrepalanchok Field Office. The project is focused on implementation of community health activities of “RESILIENT LOCAL COMMUNITIES THROUGH COMMUNITY HEALTH SUPPORT, DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND DISABILITY SUPPORT PROGRAMME” at field level and ensuring the activities are delivered on time and to the desired standard as outlined in the project plan and timetable. The contract will be for initially 1 year with possibility of further extension.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Intermediate level with 2 years of working experience in development sector. “OR” ANM, CMA with 3 years of working experience in development sector.
- Experience in Community health sector as a Social Mobilizer.
- Local resident of Chandanimandan, Kavrepalanchowk will be given high preference.
- Experience in recovery program and disaster risk management will be highly prioritized.
- Excellent communication skills in Nepali and local language are highly prioritized.
- Excellent command of spoken of local language.
- Good social mobilization, motivation and community sensitization skills.
- Computer Literacy- Words, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
- Two wheeler diving licence will be an added advantage.
- Applicants from marginalized community, Dalit, janajati, madhesi, women and local residents are highly recommended to apply.
