Community Health Officer Social Worker | ngo jobs 2021: Right4Children, an organization committedly involved in the areas of child protection, education and livelihood support in Pokhara and other parts of the country is implementing a 6-month Post-Community Care project. We are looking for dynamic, qualified and experienced individuals for the following positions to be a part of the project team

Position: Community Health Officer

Number of Vacancies: 1
Qualification:

Bachelor in Public Health or Community Nursing programme with at least 2 years of working experience in community health education and promotion
Experienced and familiar in conducting health, nutrition and sanitary hygiene related trainings, education and awareness sessions at community level
Having sound knowledge and skills in programme planning, budgeting and in developing implementation strategies.
Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation, coordination and facilitation skills
Self-motivated, with good time management and stress management skills and ability to work independently and under pressure.
Strong ability in relationship-building and in interacting with children, youth and their families
Strong command over spoken and written Nepali and English language
Very good analytical, problem solving, reporting, communication and documentation skills
Should have a valid driving license (two-wheeler)
