Social Service Unit (Establishment and Operation) Manual, 2078 (Amendment, 2079) | सामाजिक सेवा एकाइ (स्थापना तथा सञ्चालन) निर्देशिका, २०७८ (परिमार्जन,२०७९): The right of every citizen to receive basic health care free of charge from the state No one will be denied access to emergency health care. Social Service Unit: “Social Service Unit” means target group patients Enhancing equitable access and utilization of health services Regular and specialist services at free hourly rates Providing, health insurance, indigent citizens medical fund, Geriatrics: Neonatal Health, Mental Health, Geriatrics, etc All health including free emergency services for the underprivileged aimed at facilitating the integration of security programs Central, federal, provincial. District, community, private and education Units established in hospitals should be remembered.

Social Health Security Management Committee :“Social Health Security Management Committee”- means with the Ministry Available from concerned State Ministries, Development Partner Institutions Health protection programs through the Social Services Unit Free or free of charge to designated target group patients To the social service unit to provide health services at a discount Helping to make it practical by giving necessary guidance committee constituted as per Section 4 of this Directive for the purpose
