Shankarapur Hospital is located in eastern part of Kathmandu that covers more than 19 VDC of Kathmandu District. Not only this, certain northern part of Bhaktapur District & western part of Sindhupalchok District are getting direct health care facility from the hospital, thus directly catering half a million populations health care needs as there are no other general hospital of this nature in this area.
