ActionAid is a global justice federation working to achieve social justice, gender equality and poverty eradication. ActionAid International Nepal (AAIN) is a member of the federation, working for human rights, anti-poverty and gender equality. It is a non-governmental social justice organization established in 1982 and working locally in different provinces of Nepal. It is also a part of both national and global social justice movement and other civil society networks, alliances and coalitions. AAIN is seeking competent, committed and result-oriented candidates for the following positions:

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Assistant is responsible to provide operational, documentation and other necessary HR support. S/he maintains HR related data/information; provide efficient support in day-to-day HR business processes and facilitate the implementation of HROD policy and systems.  

How to write an effective CV

Key Competencies Required:

• At least Intermediate or high school level education in Management, or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in a relevant field is highly preferred
• At least 2-3 years’ work experience in a related field in a similar organization 
• At least one year of work experience in a similar role
• Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
