Staff Nurse|RUWDUC|nurse jobs 2023: The Rural Women’s Development and Unity Centre (RUWDUC) was established in 1995 with the objective of empowering and uplifting disadvantaged women, adolescents and children. RUWDUC believes every human being has an inherent right to a healthy life, equal opportunities to avail education, employment, quality health care, and access to justice, and to live a violence-free and peaceful life, devoid from all forms of discrimination.
Therefore, RUWDUC is seeking job applications from potential candidates for the post of the Staff Nurse; Dadeldhura Based for the implementation of Girls’ Empowerment Project: Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health Program to Address Equity, Girls Education, Social Determinants, Gender and Human Rights in Nepal Project in partnership with Population Connection, USA to orient and sensitize students, guardians, and teachers to adolescent sexual and reproductive health which addresses equity, social determinants, gender, and human rights in the country.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES; S/HE SHOULD BE ABLE for Staff Nurse|RUWDUC|nurse jobs 2023:
- Advocating for the Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health
- Facilitating communication and coordination between the government and non-government stakeholders
- Assist in the School Health Programs (SHP) regarding Adolescent Health and also conduct extracurricular activities
- Documentation of the project related activities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION FOR THE VACANT POSITION:
- Nepali Citizen;
- PCL Nursing and should be Registered in Nepal Nursing Council;
- Fluent in English & Nepali languages written and spoken;
- Having 1-year relevant experience in the field of Adolescent Health;
- Familiar with busy working environment, handling with pressure of works and meet the deadlines;
- Good in communication with people from diverse community and place.
DURATION: The probation period will be for 3 months, with the option to extend based on the satisfactory performance.
