Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN) was established in 1995 A.D (2051 B.S.) and registered as non-profit making, nonpolitical and non-governmental organization in District Administration Office, Sarlahi. BWSN was formed with the objective of engaging marginalized and vulnerable people in development activities with their enhanced capacity which ensures the improvement opportunities for poor, deprived, and destitute community people living in Terai region. The thematic area of BWSN is Health, Nutrition, Disaster Risk Management, Climate change, Human Rights, Child Rights, Peace and Democracy, Livelihood and Enterprises Development, Education, and WASH.
BWSN in partnership with PSI Nepal is implementing Maternal and Newborn Health (MNH) Continuum of Care Project in Saptari and Siraha district. The duration of the project is from December 2021-December 2023. BWSN invites application from interested and eligible candidates.

| Sub-district Officer Required No– 1 | Laxmipur Patari Rural Municipality, Siraha | Responsible for conducting demand generation activities in the local level in close coordination with FCHVs; Link, refer and follow up clients (physical or telephonic) to health facilities for MNH services across the continuum of care from ANC, obstetric/delivery care, and PNC with postpartum family planning (PPFP) services; Record and report programmatic data accurately and timely; conduct regular visit to HF/providers to track progress usingMSS tool. | Minimum ANM with 3 years of experience or staff nurse with one year of experience in demand generation of field outreach program specially in maternal and neonatal health. Should have excellent communication and coordination skills with the local stakeholders, should be proficient in using internet, and apps. should have fluent spoken and written skills in Maithili language. Should have two-wheeler driving license. |
