Skill formation Society Nepal (SISo Nepal) established in 2003, a national level non- governmental, non-political and non-profit making organization is currently seelong a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Officer for Contextualization of English Modules developed for Social Behavior Change Communication to develop competency among adolescent and young people of diverse society of Nepal, into Nepali language including adaptation and development of new modules on DRR. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The key responsibilities but not limited to includes document review and develop inception report, design and conduct a comprehensive needs assessment and stakeholder analysis to understand the local context for Champions of Change (CoC) contextualization contextualization (translation of English document into Nepali language develop contextualized modules into Nepali language), facilitate finalization workshop, revise incorporating feedback received from Eralization workshop and pre test of the Nepali Modules ensuring alignment weile addressing local context along with facilitation of MTOT in close collaboration and coordination with the project team Work in collaboration with local partners, community leaders, and beneficiaries to crsune project activities and culturally appropriatit endtesive, and sustainable. Develop and explement montering and evaluation (M& F) tools and strategies to ack progress and measunt empner, bald and maantee strong inlationships with stakeholders at all levels. Represent the project and organisation professinally in public summings.
Qualifications: Qualifications Master Degree in Public Health or equivalent related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in program development, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation in the public health sector.
POST: ADMIN AND FINANCE OFFICER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The key responsibilities but not limited to includes overall financial and administrative management complying with the relevant policies of SISo Nepal and relevant government policies, rules and regulations and abiding with relevant policies of donor organization (if applicable) in close coordination with program coordinator, program officers under close supervision of the treasurer, general secretary, and the executive director/program director.
Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management Experience in accounting software FAMAS, GoN tax system and all relevant policies, rules and regulations. Similarly, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills is desired. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent proficiency in Nepali and English is mandatory.
Contract Details: One-year contract with the possibility of renewal based on performance.

KEY RESPONSIBITIES: The key responsibilities but not limited to contextualization (translation of English document into Nepali language, develop contextualized modules into Nepali language), revise Incorporating feedback received from the reviewer/experts ensuring alignment while addressing local in close collaboration and coordination with the Se Program Officer/Program Coordinator Program Director and other project team Work in collaboration with donor agency, partners and beneficiaries to ensure project activities are culturally appropriate, inclusive, and sustainable Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tools and strategies when necessary to track progress, build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at a levels. Represent the project and organization professionally in public settings.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Minimum 3 years of experience in program development and evaluation in the public health sector.
Similarly, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills is desired. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent proficiency in Nepali and English is mandatory.
