CICT(Case Investigation and Contact Tracing Form ) addresses various measures and your history to trace you incase of COVID-19 infection . The self-declaration variable consist of your demographic data (place of residence ) , Vaccination status , date of swab collection and present history of any covid -19 symptoms .
The students to be appreared must declare following points
- I will strictly follow each and every COVID-19 prevention measures before, during and after the entrance exam
- I shall also inform the relevant authorities if incase I have any symptoms , if COVID-19 or have tested PCR/RDT antigen positive before and after exams.
