- Bachelor degree in social science and statistics and other social disciplines with two years’ experience and knowledge and skills in monitoring and evaluation process
- Skills in report writing and data analysis and knowledge on Excel and other tools
- Project management, good communication skills with English and Nepali language competency
Job Description
- Design and strengthen monitoring and evaluation procedures to track project activities, expenditure and projects towards achieving output
- Develop monitoring and impact indicator for the project success
- Collect, analyze and verify the validity and quality of data and prepare monitoring and evaluation report of the program and share to donor
- Document the project activities, outcome and disseminate information
- Prepare the learning plan and ensure that it is implemented
