Program Coordinator | Community Health Nurse | Dhulikhel hospital: Dhulikhel Hospital invites application for dynamic, competent, confident, hardworking, highly qualified and committed Nepali candidates for the following position willing to take up challenges for the position of the project for its Community Health Support Program (CHSP) in Bhimeshwor Municipality, Dolakha district.

Position: Program Coordinator

Number: One (1)
Qualification: Master’s in Public Health or equivalent degree from the recognized institution

Required Competencies

  • Experienced in leading program and team management at the community level, grant writing, partner (including government stake holders and Donors) management.
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Gender Equity and Social Inclusion Understanding and Experience
  • Exposure and understanding of digital platform for community health management information system will be preferred.
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Nepali

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of the CHSP
  • Provide strategic visioning, leadership and management to the CHSP
  • Lead grant applications and partnership (including donors) relationships and management
  • Ensure and push for Gender and Social Inclusion perspective into team management and programming.

Position: Community Health Nurse (CHN)

Number: One (1)
Qualification: Proficiency Certificate Level in Nursing from the recognized institution and Registered in Nepal Nursing Council
Additional Skills: Computer Skills, minimum one year experiences in one Health System in Nepal

Job type: Fixed Term Contract
Working Site: Dolakha
