In partnership with Heifer International Nepal, SAHAMATI has been implementing Capacity Building of Rural Women Cooperatives Project in Province 1, Province 2, Bagmati Province, Gandaki Province, Province 5 and Karnali Province of Nepal.  SAHAMATI aims to deliver technical services to different women cooperatives through diverse capacity strengthen schemes. To support this, we invite applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions. 

How to give an effective interview

Program Coordinator-1 positions 

• Professional Skill required: Leadership, proactive, project management, negotiation and cooperative promotion and strengthening.  
• Qualifications: Master Degree & 3 year’s experienced with similar work or Bachelor Degree in Management with 5 year’s experience specially in cooperative promotion or strengthening in Nepal. 
• Essential requirements
  • Highly confident, dynamic, thorough, pragmatic, deadline oriented and intuitive personnel, proactive leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills and able to cope successful project.
  • Excellent organizing, analytical and problem solving skills and ability to work strategically and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent practical knowledge on documentation and Communication (oral/written)in English and Nepali language. 
  • Excellent computer skill ( office Package)
  • Extensive knowledge of planning, implementation and management of all the proposed activities of the project.
  • Experienced and familiarized with at least 2 similar projects, proficient on proposal development and report writing. 
  • Experience on managerial level, cooperative strengthening and institutional development
  • Well skilled on motorbike driving having updated driving license.
