Rural Development Centre (RDC) Nepal is a non-political and non-profitable organization established in June 2002 in Rautahat District of Nepal. Since then, RDC Nepal is heavily engaged in humanitarian assistance, community development, conservation of natural resources, and environmental protection mainly in the Terai region of Nepal through the dozens of humanitarian and long-term development projects.

In partnership with World Vision International Nepal, and Islamic Relief Nepal RDC Nepal has started working in Garuda, Madhav Narayan, Chandrapur and Paroha and Ishnath municipalities. So, RDC Nepal is seeking qualified, dynamic, and motivated Nepali citizens on following positions for the smooth implementation of Community Engagement and Sponsorship Plan (CESP) Positive Deviance (PD) Hearth and Ultra Poor Graduation (UPG) project(s) and Socio Economic Recovery Project (RECOVER)

1. Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer (Female)A minimum of a Masters’ degree in any discipline with 2 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation field or Graduate in any discipline with 4 years of experienceDesign and implement of M&E processes by providing technical support and checking quality.Harness, adapt and roll out tools and technological innovations for collecting and analysing data with an aim of measuring the impact of project work and improving furtherIn-coordination with Project Lead, participate in developing an M&E Plan, and indicator tracking matrix, in line with the project’s thematic standards.Pioneer the development, review and utilization of data collection, monitoring and reporting toolsParticipate actively in the enforcement of Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC) and Quality Improvement (QI) measures for all field program interventionsSupport fellow team members and work as a focal person in capturing and documenting best practices and success stories for learning, reference and disseminationGenerate programme information and dash boards for tracking and depicting progress on programme and strategy implementation against targets and key milestonesWork with the field teams to ensure that program indicators are tracked through regular field visitsReview all reports to ensure that data provided is reliable and accurate and that target indicators are met, and explanations provided where indicators are not met;Develop and manage database system for monitoring and evaluation and generate periodic reports to inform and guide program.Ensure accurate and timely collection of program data from the fieldProvide quality assurance, including data verification, on all reports and information produced by the project by editing and consolidating all reports. Support evidence-based learning across RDC Nepal through maintaining an up-to-date record of planned and on-going operations/action research, facilitating learning and reflections and ensuring documentation and dissemination.
2. Child Friendly Local Governance Promotion and Protection Officer (Short term Staff) (1- Nos)Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field with more than 2-year experience in child protection and CFLG. [Essentials]Facilitate regular meeting of CFLG committee/CRC for updating their actions and develop action plan of CFLG promotion. Conduct meeting with sectoral department of Local Government for identifying their CFLG 51 indicators status and areas of gaps with proper documentation Prepare and ensure all LGs/schools have child friendly code of conduct and its effective uses Ensure execution of CPMR- LLCA action plan developed and R&R strengthen at Local level with Coordination district policy/NCRC and other relevant stakeholders.Support, mobilize and monitor the community level CP activities with the community level stakeholders like ward office, ward mechanism, child club, life skills clubs and school, and parents
