Vacancy for MS Ladies and Supervisor | SPN : Sunaulo Parivar Nepal (SPN), a local implementing partner of Marie Stopes International in Nepal, is a well-established NGO which is delivering Family Planning and Sexual Reproductive Health services through‐out Nepal via different service delivery channels: Centres, Outreach and Marie Stopes (MS) Ladies. It works in partnership with Marie Stopes International UK (MSI), a global charity for providing reproductive health services across the world with a mission of ensuring individual’s fundamental right to have children by choice not chance. Employment Type: Contractual, yearly contract with possibility of extension

Job Description: MS Ladies will be responsible to provide accurate information and counseling on family planning, safe abortion and reproductive health. She will also be responsible to provide Family Planning services as required. Besides, she will be responsible to maintain cleanliness of client care areas and sterilize tools and equipment as required.

Employment Type: Contractual, yearly contract with possibility of extension

Job Description:

The MS Ladies Supervisor will be responsible for the successful implementation and management of the MS Ladies program in the assigned district. S/he will mobilize MS Ladies, communicate and coordinate at the district level and ensure that MS Ladies reports, documents, and other records are maintained and shared as per the MS Ladies program’s need. Besides, S/he will also be responsible to provide on-site coaching and mentoring to MS Ladies.

Qualification and Experience Required:

Proficiency Certificate level in Nursing with registered in Nepal Nursing Council.
Candidates with bachelor’s degree in Public Health / Management are encouraged to apply
Minimum 2 years of related work experience especially in Family planning service delivery and experience on project implementation will be highly preferable
Candidates from respective district are highly encouraged to apply
