Job Description

Providing first aid for students and staff and administering medicines as per requirement to students and staff
Maintaining daily accidents records and informing the school’s concerned authority and parents.
In case of emergency and necessity, taking students to hospital and carrying all hospital procedures and explaining medicines, follow up to parents
Providing and keeping record of first aid boxes to each classroom, department, van and field trips.
Refer to counsellor for the counselling in case of need to specific students
Referral to home if necessary and inform parents for the children’s check-up
Keeping record of students and staff’s health details and maintain Health History Form
Maintenance of stock record of medicines and check expiry dates
Providing monthly infirmary record to all concerned departments
